This is an excellent opportunity and an exciting time for Trainee Asbestos Consultants to join our established Asset Management team in London & the Southeast.

You will get the opportunity to work on a diverse range of interesting buildings, including historical, architecturally significant, and industrial sites as part of our multi-disciplinary teams. Projects will be based not only in the local area, but also further afield throughout the UK with significant opportunities for international travel.
All training is provided and will be based upon the British Occupational Hygiene Society's P402, P403 & P404 qualifications which will include both practical and theoretical elements with mentoring provided by our qualified expert consultants. Upon successful qualification and authorisation in line with our UKAS accreditations you will then be able to carry out asbestos surveys and analytical works independently across domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five GCSEs grades 4/C or above including Maths, English and Science
- A keen interest in helping to maintain a safe working environment for our clients, their staff and members of the public
- Possess an eye for detail
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal integrity
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate and proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office software package
- Strong observational skills
- Ability to follow clear written procedures, practical demonstrations and to represent the company professionally through interaction with clients, contractors, and members of the public on site
- Ability to achieve security clearance for UK and international contracts on secure sites
- Full UK driving license
