We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Lead to join our London office at NDY. This pivotal position will allow you to make a significant impact as you lead the delivery of a range of projects on behalf of our clients. As the Technical Lead within the Fire Engineering Global Specialist Group, you will draw on your extensive knowledge and competencies to perform independent work, as well as review and verify the work of your team. You will establish a strong market presence and cultivate client relationships whilst managing stakeholders and resource allocation throughout project delivery. Collaborating with NDY’s global network of fire engineers and other Tetra Tech businesses will also be an essential component of this role.

Key Challenges
  • Lead and manage a team, focusing on performance management and technical mentoring.
  • Develop new business and enhance our market presence and share.
  • Understand client requirements to successfully deliver on goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Navigate multiple stakeholder interactions in a complex environment.

Qualifications
  • Master’s or post-graduate degree in an engineering or science discipline relevant to the role.
  • Chartered Status or eligibility for this with a relevant professional registration/qualification.
  • A minimum of ten years of technical expertise, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse projects throughout the systems development lifecycle.
  • Ideally, experience in leading projects in the fire engineering sector.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across various disciplines.
