We are looking for a highly organised and data‑driven Learning & Development Systems Coordinator to support the effective delivery of our learning programmes.
Purpose & Scope of the Role
This role sits at the heart of the L&D function and is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of training activity, supplier bookings and the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will act as the primary administrator for the Brainier LMS and our internal training request portal, ensuring learning activity is scheduled, tracked and reported accurately. This is an operational role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills and confidence working with learning data.

You will enable the effective delivery of learning across the business by ensuring programmes run efficiently and data is reliable. Your work will directly support compliance, development outcomes and continuous improvement, providing stakeholders with clear insights and a dependable learning infrastructure.
