You will be a key part of our national support team, responsible for day-to-day office operations, front-of-house hospitality, and prompt, helpful internal customer service. You'll manage competing priorities with good judgement, act on your own initiative, and contribute to a calm, efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day office operations: supplies, mail and reception, office security protocols, and escalating issues in the right direction.
- Support and deliver office compliance topics: Health and Safety, first aid, facilities coordination of maintenance.
- Book meeting rooms and support hospitality and front-of-house service: greet visitors, coordinate catering and refreshments.
- Deliver high-quality internal customer service as part of a larger support team: respond to staff requests, deliver internal projects, and support other colleagues where necessary.
- Prioritise tasks and manage workload independently; complete routine administration with minimal supervision.
- Work collaboratively across functions to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience and strong organisational skills.
- Service-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritise effectively and work on your own initiative.
- Comfortable managing hospitality and vendor interactions (catering, couriers, orders).
- Reliable, flexible and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experienced using online booking/communication tools.
- Team-player mindset with a practical approach to problem solving.
