- Technical Leadership - Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering schemes with a focus on quality and efficiency; Apply strong expertise in Civil 3D and drainage design to deliver robust solutions
- Project Delivery & Ownership - Manage multiple projects from inception through to approval and delivery: Ensure outputs meet technical, programme and quality expectations
- Client Engagement & Collaboration - Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery: Coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- People Development - Mentor and support junior engineers, graduates and apprentices: Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture

You will be a Chartered Civil Engineer with strong design experience and hands‑on capability in Civil 3D and drainage design tools. A proven track record in project delivery, client engagement and mentoring is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and a proactive, leadership-focused mindset.
