Join a dynamic technical team delivering high-impact reservoir engineering solutions across multi-disciplinary projects in our Technical Advisory business. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer who combines strong technical judgement with practical project management to help shape client outcomes and drive proposal delivery. This role can be based hybrid in Woking or remote.
Purpose & Scope of the Role
- Contribute reservoir engineering expertise to the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, providing clear technical input across studies and operations.
- Lead projects, taking ownership of technical delivery, schedule, quality and ensuring client requirements are understood and met.
Your Impact in this position
- You will translate reservoir data into pragmatic engineering solutions that inform decisions, de-risk projects and optimise field performance.
- As a Senior Reservoir Engineer you will coordinate across disciplines, support and guide colleagues, represent the team to clients and shape proposals that win work.
- Your work will directly influence project outcomes, client satisfaction and business growth.
- You will also contribute to the preparation and review of Competent Persons Reports (CPRs), supporting reserves and resources evaluations and providing independent technical assessments for clients.

- Technical expertise: Provide robust reservoir engineering analysis (material balance, simulation, production forecasting, reserves evaluation) and produce clear, defensible technical deliverables for projects.
- Project Management: Plan and manage medium-scale project delivery, control scope and schedule, and ensure outputs meet quality standards.
- Digital & modelling proficiency: Apply reservoir simulation tools, data analytics and scripting to streamline workflows, support model development and improved decision support.
- Client engagement: Build client relationships, interpret client needs, present technical findings convincingly and contribute to commercial proposals.
- People & collaboration: Mentor and share expertise, delegate appropriately, communicate proactively and foster a cooperative team environment.
Skills, Qualifications And Experience
- Degree in Petroleum/Reservoir/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent reservoir engineering knowledge with proven project delivery experience.
- Proficient with 3D dynamic simulator software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
