Work with advanced LiDAR, UAV, GNSS and photogrammetry toolsets, lead high‑performing teams and deliver technically rigorous surveys that make a measurable difference.

Purpose: Foster technical growth and safe working practices to raise delivery standards.

Field Survey Planning: Optimise workflows and troubleshoot on site.

Client Engagement: Competent in Leica Reg360/Cyclone, Leica Infinity, AutoCAD, ReCap or equivalents. Strong leadership, client‑facing skills and commitment to site safety. Driving licence and willingness to travel. Professional membership (RICS/CICES), UAV operations and Revit modelling desirable.

Working Environment: Primary bases: Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham (flexible). Hybrid working offered — typically 2–3 days per week in the office or client sites, with flexibility for more field‑intensive periods. Travel to sites and occasional out‑of‑hours work may be required.
