We are currently looking for a self‑motivated and customer‑oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team responsible for North Europe.
Location: the position will be based in London Paddington, UK or Lund, Sweden.
As our new Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key part of the Sales team and work closely with various people within the organization to give excellent customer service to our transactional customers across all three businesses. It is an exciting opportunity as this is a new way of working with the customers and you will have an opportunity to help shape this new department. It will be a fast‑paced work environment, and you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of different customers and products to ensure excellence in customer service. You will be responsible to deliver financial targets for the transactional customers across all three businesses: Services, Processing and Packaging. A big part of your day will be following up leads with customers and collaborating with colleagues to ensure we fulfil the customer’s needs.
You will:
- Generate leads and opportunities by up/cross selling defined products/solutions based on customer data & by updating them on new products, mainly via digital platforms.
- Nurture leads and close opportunities for transactional customers.
- Receive and score leads for Strategic and Operational customers.
