Our Services Organization is growing at a high pace, that’s why we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Engineers to join our team in England. As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance. In this position, you will be home‑based while travelling extensively within England/UK and occasional overseas travel will be required. Ideally, you are based in Birmingham or the surrounding area.

What you will do:

  • Travel to customer sites
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
  • Analyse technical issues and escape when needed using standard operating processes
  • Train customer operators (if required)
  • Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development and growth
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
  • Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
  • Write a site visit report on completion of the work

We believe you have 1 to 3 years experience in installations, maintenance and service work. Can dependently or independently deliver preventive maintenance, industrial systems troubleshooting, installation tasks and upgrade installations. Previous positions: Technician, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer.
