About the job
This is a role for someone who is genuinely obsessed with product. You will own the full lifecycle of a crypto wallet product used at global scale, from writing the first user story to shipping the feature to measuring what it actually did. You will set the roadmap, drive every sprint, and be the person every engineer, designer, and stakeholder looks to when a decision needs to be made. You will also be the person who catches what others miss. The PM who thrives here reads every ticket, tracks every dependency, asks the uncomfortable question before it becomes a launch incident, and keeps five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them. If you prefer a PM role where you set strategy and delegate execution, this is not the right fit. If you want to build something that ships to real users, moves markets, and carries your fingerprints from concept to production, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
- Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
- Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value. Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.
- Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.
Mandatory:
- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
- Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective.
- Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and get engineers, designers, and business stakeholders pulling toward the same outcome at the same time.
- Equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You do not hand things off and disappear.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You do your best work when the stakes are high and the timeline is short.
- Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc.
- Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, javascript.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
