About the job
We’re changing how the world moves money.
Wallets are where that change becomes real: the first place millions of people truly own their money.
You’ll own design execution across our wallets, working directly with the Design Lead to shape where they go next.
Responsibilities
- Own design execution end to end: from concept and prototype to launch and iteration.
- Turn complex, conceptual ideas into experiences that feel simple to someone using a wallet for the first time.
- Prototype fast and often: high-fidelity and interactive, in days not weeks, using the best tools available, AI included.
- Partner daily with product, engineering and research, and present your work clearly to leadership.
- Raise the bar for quality across everything we ship.
- Contribute to strategic decisions about the future of our wallets.
- 5+ years of product design experience, with real time shipping live products in wallets, crypto or fintech.
- Mastery of your craft: visual design, interaction design and prototyping.
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI tools to accelerate ideation.
- A working understanding of crypto networks, fees and self-custody, and how they shape what users experience.
- A plain-language instinct: you make complex things feel obvious.
- Proactive by default: you spot problems early and arrive with solutions.
- You thrive in a genuinely fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. We ship weekly.
- Experience designing for emerging markets or first-time financial users is a nice to have.
