Are you ready to be part of the future? About the job This role of Technical Team Lead involves leading a team of developers working on our AI Platform as a Service. It requires hands-on leadership and coordination with product and project managers to meet development goals. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Backend and Frontend developers, ensuring adherence to standards and excellence. Design and implement scalable, secure AI-driven applications using modern JS frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solutions. Define technical roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and oversee sprint planning. Provide technical leadership in developing P2P applications, ensuring data synchronization and network resilience. Conduct code and architectural reviews, optimize for performance and scalability. Stay updated with AI trends, integrating advancements into products. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 6+ years in JS development, experience with AI/ML, and leadership skills.
