- Procurement & Contracting
- Drive end-to-end procurement processes for outsourced development initiatives, from collection of requirements from internal stakeholders to contract negotiation and award.
- Collaborate with Legal to define contract terms, SLAs, NDAs, and master service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies (e.g., data protection, IP ownership, open-source software, coding standards).
- Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Control vendor budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing workflows.
- Support forecasting and cost optimization across multi-vendor environments.
- Identify opportunities for consolidation, cost efficiencies, and strategic partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Lead vendor evaluation and due diligence processes for new technologies or geographies.
- Contribute to make-vs-buy decisions and outsourcing strategy evolution.
