Extensive experience in PEGA. Business Requirements gathering, analysis and solutions design, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping and Process Re-engineering.

Effective communicator, able to articulate ideas and solutions verbally and in writing, good workshop and stakeholder management skills. Able to focus on details without compromising the overall objectives.

Multi-task projects and work streams throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver regular reporting and detailed strategic analysis on business activities and results.

Review, develop and manage process and policy improvements across the BU. Support team members to derive trends, conclusions, and recommendations based on data and analysis.

Solve business problems, understand the root cause(s), and drive improvements via qualitative & quantitative data.
