Required skills and Experience :
- Should have a minimum of10+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll and Absence modules for UK including at least 1 full-lifecycle implementations or major rollouts.
- Candidate should be proficient in all the UK Payroll, Pension and Absence Processes including
- Statutory payments: SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, ShPP, SPBP.
- Student loans, attachment of earnings orders, auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice.
- Strong configuration knowledge of elements and input values, balances, calculation cards, payroll definitions, payroll relationships, payroll flow patterns, Costing and GL interfaces, third-party payments and payment methods
- Practical experience writing and debugging Fast Formula (element, proration, skip and validation formulas).
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Payroll batch loader.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
