Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and operational needs
- Gather, analyse, define, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and business process mapping
- Support IT transformation, system implementation, and change initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions
- Work closely with development, QA, architecture, and project management teams
- Assist in solution evaluation and support prioritisation of business requirements
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Support UAT planning, test scenario creation, and business validation activities
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational improvements
- Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior Business Analysts where required
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as an IT Business Analyst within enterprise environments
- Experience working on large-scale IT transformation or change projects
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
