We are delighted to be seeking an enthusiastic LSA to join ourschool. You will become an important part of our Learning Support department.
We are looking to appoint a friendly, conscientious anddedicated person with a good sense of humour to join our hardworking andsupportive team. You will be working with individuals, small groups and inclass, supporting the learning needs of our students.
The role will involve working with pupils of all ages andabilities, so the ability to be flexible and adaptable is essential. Acommitment to continuing professional development is also important.
You will need a good standard of general education and beprepared to be flexible and committed to working as part of a team, a team whoare committed to making a difference to student learning and development.
Previous experience in a similar role, specifically supportingstudents with SEN needs is desirable but not essential.
