We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Cards, Payment Networks, and Transaction Processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Map payment data across internal systems and payment networks
  • Support scheme certification and compliance testing
  • Define and validate end-to-end payment test scenarios
  • Analyze transaction issues using SQL and log analysis
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Network teams in Agile environments

  • Amex Payment Systems
  • Cryptographic / PIN Translation Knowledge
