  • Identify trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
  • Communicate findings and suggest solutions to business challenges.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to build capabilities within the claims function.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to Personal Lines claims.
  • Support the development and deployment of digital tools and automation in claims processing to increase efficiency.
