Job Description
Exp level – 10+ yrs
· Requirements gathering ,Business process analysis and documentation
· Collaborate with product owners and development teams in an Agile environment to define and refine user stories.
· With Salesforce Field Service (FSL) experience – at least 1 to 2 yrs exp
· Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
· Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
· Ensure business requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications within Agile delivery frameworks.
· Support iterative delivery by continuously gathering feedback and refining requirements.
· Testing and UAT support
