We are looking for an experienced Oracle Simphony L3 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for Oracle Hospitality Simphony (POS Cloud) environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex L3 incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Support POS, Cloud Services, EBO, KDS, integrations & payment systems
- Troubleshoot APIs, logs, networking, and transaction flows
- Support upgrades, deployments, patches & release validation
- Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and production stability
- Create runbooks and mentor L1/L2 teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Hospitality Simphony
- Mandatory: Oracle DB Administration
- REST APIs, TCP/IP, TLS, certificates
- Experience with POS integrations & payment gateways

- ITIL Certification
