Position Description
Responsibilities:
- The business analyst has the following responsibilities to perform:
- He or She must have end to end knowledge on Product configuration in AA.
- Identify the gaps from the Business Requirement Document.
- Provide solutions for the gaps and prepare Functional Specification Document.
- Own the Functional specification and provide walkthroughs to technical or development team.
- Conduct training to the business users from the bank.
- Assist the testing team in creating test cases for the requirement.
Duties:
- Primary duty of the Business Analyst is to get the Specification document signed off.
- Build and maintain quality on deliverables which includes the specification documents, development pack, test documents, and user guides.
- Ensure that the solution provided is the best among alternatives.
- Support the project team in executing the project.
- Provide status report to Project Manager for dashboard preparation at regular intervals as required by the project or client.
- Identify the challenges in the middle of development and suggest changes to the client and get their concurrence.
- Distinguish between Change Requests and Enhancement during the entire project duration.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology.
Essential Skills Required:
- Ability to understand the clients' requirements clearly and articulate it into Functional Specification Document.
- Full software lifecycle development experience, preferably in agile methodology.
- Understanding of integration touch points and various integration patterns.
- Good communication skills.
Employment Experience Required:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in the capacity of Business Analyst in T24 Arrangement Architecture module.
Mandatory Skills:
- Transact Core_Functional, Transact Retail Suite_Functional.
