Job Description
- Provide advanced technical support for Flex cube applications focusing on PLSQL performance tuning to optimize database operations.
- Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to ensure high availability and reliability
- Analyse and optimize SQL queries to enhance system responsiveness and reduce resource consumption
- Participate in system upgrades patching and deployment activities related to Flex cube applications.
- Document technical procedures configurations and performance tuning activities for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for application support issues related to Flexcube PLSQL and shell scripting
- Perform root cause analysis for performance bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with database administrators and development teams to design and implement performance improvements
- Create and maintain automation scripts for monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Provide timely resolution to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend tuning strategies to enhance system stability
- Support offshore and onsite teams by providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices in application support and scripting
