Responsibilities:
- Own, maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Define and manage Epics, Features and User Stories
- Gather, analyse and refine business and technical requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure clarity of delivery requirements
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects to align business priorities with technical solutions
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning and Agile ceremonies
- Balance business priorities, technical debt, operational requirements and delivery objectives
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery activities
- Engage with business stakeholders, technology partners and engineering teams
- Support product demonstrations, testing activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure audit, regulatory, risk and compliance requirements are reflected in product delivery
- Monitor delivery progress, manage scope and drive measurable business outcomes
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams
- Support continuous improvement of product delivery processes and practices
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Strong Product Ownership and Agile Delivery experience
- Expertise in Backlog Management and Prioritization
- Strong Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis skills
- Experience defining Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
- Experience working in Financial Services or regulated environments
- Knowledge of Risk, Compliance, Audit and Governance requirements
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Strong facilitation, influencing and decision-making skills
- Experience collaborating with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Operations teams
- Understanding of Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Knowledge of Authentication, Authorization and Identity Lifecycle Management
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, API Security and Cloud-Native Security
- Awareness of DevSecOps, SSDLC, Observability and Production Readiness practices
- Strong documentation, reporting and knowledge-sharing capabilities
