Execute Functional Integration and Regression Testing for Identity Processing and Provisioning solutions.
Validate end-to-end identity lifecycle flows across HR systems, IAM platforms, directories, and business applications.
Test account provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlement assignments, approvals, and access removal processes.
Perform negative testing, exception handling validation, reconciliation testing, and connector failure scenarios.
Validate identity data transformation rules, attribute mappings, role assignments, and access models.
Create and maintain test cases, test data, execution evidence, and testing documentation.
Log, track, and manage defects with detailed evidence and root cause information.
Support UAT, release validation, and go-live activities.
Provide testing status updates, risk assessments, and release readiness recommendations.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Engineers, IAM teams, and Platform teams to improve test coverage and quality.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes).
- Knowledge of Provisioning, Deprovisioning, Entitlements, RBAC, ABAC, and Recertification.
- Experience testing integrations between HR systems, IAM platforms, directories, and applications.
- Strong SQL skills and experience validating data across databases and logs.
- Experience analyzing batch files, logs, and API payloads.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience with Jira, ALM, or similar Test Management and Defect Management tools.
- Strong defect reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON payloads.
- Exposure to IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Azure AD.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP directories.
- Experience with Test Automation using Java, Python, Selenium, REST-Assured, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Understanding of Audit Controls, Access Governance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
