Senior IA Developers are responsible for designing, building, testing, releasing andsupporting IA forms, rules and bespoke client-side components, together withassociated database and integration changes. They ensure IA services areaccessible, performant, secure and operable throughout the service lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and build IA rulebases and form journeys aligned to functional and non functional requirements.
- Ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance including ARIA and keyboardbehaviour.
- SQL Server schema design, stored procedures and audit data management insupport of IA services.
- Development and support of Java SOAP connector integrations.
- Functional, regression, accessibility and non-functional testing.
- Release support including ServiceNow change management and CABparticipation where required.
- Live service support including incident triage, defect resolution and business facing support.
- Contribution to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuousimprovement.
