• Own maintain and prioritize the product backlog




• Define and manage Epics Features and User Stories




• Gather analyze and refine business and technical requirements




• Define acceptance criteria and ensure clarity of delivery requirements




• Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects to align business priorities with technical solutions




• Support sprint planning backlog refinement release planning and Agile ceremonies




• Balance business priorities technical debt operational requirements and delivery objectives




• Coordinate crossteam dependencies and delivery activities




• Engage with business stakeholders technology partners and engineering teams




• Support product demonstrations testing activities and User Acceptance Testing UAT




• Ensure audit regulatory risk and compliance requirements are reflected in product delivery




• Monitor delivery progress manage scope and drive measurable business outcomes




• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams




• Support continuous improvement of product delivery processes and practices

To be successful in this role you should have

• Strong Product Ownership and Agile Delivery experience




• Expertise in Backlog Management and Prioritization




• Strong Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis skills




• Experience defining Epics Features User Stories and Acceptance Criteria




• Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills




• Experience working in Financial Services or regulated environments




• Knowledge of Risk Compliance Audit and Governance requirements




• Ability to work with crossfunctional teams across multiple regions and time zones




• Strong facilitation influencing and decisionmaking skills




• Experience collaborating with Architecture Engineering Security and Operations teams




• Understanding of Enterprise Identity and Access Management IAM




• Knowledge of Authentication Authorization and Identity Lifecycle Management




• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture API Security and CloudNative Security




• Awareness of DevSecOps SSDLC Observability and Production Readiness practices




• Strong documentation reporting and knowledgesharing capabilities
