UAT Test to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for critical business applications and system changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and end users to ensure that delivered solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria and are fit for purpose.
Define and own the UAT strategy, scope, and approach for multiple projects. Develop detailed UAT plans, including entry and exit criteria, timelines, and resourcing. Coordinate and manage UAT execution with business stakeholders and end users.
Create or oversee the creation of UAT test scenarios, scripts, and test data in collaboration with business SMEs. Monitor and report on UAT progress, defect tracking, and issue resolution. Ensure that UAT activities are completed within project timelines and to the required quality standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for UAT activities. Provide training or guidance to UAT participants where needed. Work closely with IT, QA, and project delivery teams to ensure smooth handover into production.
