Support and coordinate change and release processes for enterprise programmes, ensuring smooth deployments and adherence to governance and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate change requests, release cycles, and deployment activities across multiple environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with change-control processes.
- Support impact assessments, risk analysis, and post-release reviews.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to minimise delivery disruption.
- Track progress, provide reports, and support project planning for release-related activities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ITIL change and release processes and related tools.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills for multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Experience working within governance-driven delivery environments.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multiple priorities, and hybrid team interactions.
- Familiarity with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) or similar enterprise platforms.
