The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile processes, ensuring the team delivers high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. Acting as a liaison between customer stakeholders and the Hexaware technical team, the Scrum Master ensures smooth communication and timely delivery.
