- Zoning and troubleshooting SAN connectivity performance issues
- LUN mapping and masking
- Performance capture from storage side
- Replication using SnapMirror and SnapVault
- Good knowledge of syslog configuration and monitoring
- Depth experience in NetApp NAS, NFS, CIFS
- Good knowledge of FC and iSCSI protocols
- Providing support as well as resolution for level 2 and level 3 troubleshooting
- Performing zoning, including creation of alias zones and management
- Troubleshooting firmware upgrades on Brocade and Cisco SAN switches
- Aggregate volume setup and provisioning tasks such as thin provisioning, enabling compression, deduplication, snapshot retention, and snap clone
- Depth experience in NetApp NAS, SAN, E-Series, and ONTAP monitoring using OnCommand Unified Manager and System Manager
- Log file analysis
- Performance-related troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical issues
- Storage Fabric OS firmware upgrades
- Troubleshooting software configuration issues
- Experience working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Experience in preparing technical documents on relevant topics
