Standard Procurement Process
Implement the standard procurement process including:
- Requisition creation update in Ariba
- Budget check

- Purchase requisition approval workflow
- Purchase order creation in SAP S4
- Purchase order sent to supplier
- Release note
- Good receipt in Ariba
- Invoice receipt in SAP VIM

Fieldglass Integration
Utilize Fieldglass for external consultant management within the Nets perimeter including Contingent Workforce Management. Manage the integration with SAP S4HANA through a custom input channel that receives files from Fieldglass, processes XML files with invoice data, and maps specific invoice metadata fields.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business information technology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, Ariba modules, and vendor management as well as Fieldglass contract and time management
- Experience with SAP S4HANA and VIM integration
