Provide hands-on technical support for end-users and assist in maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-User Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

  • SCCM Support: Assist with patching, software deployment, and imaging tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
