Lead the design, development and implementation of MFG EAM Advanced modules including RSH, MRSLAM, WCM, Warranty Management, Calibration Management, Fleet Management and CATS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EAM solutions with manufacturing processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on advanced EAM functionalities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable EAM solutions that enhance asset utilization and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging EAM capabilities to optimize maintenance and asset management workflows. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in asset management and calibration processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for MFG EAM Advanced modules and provide strategic direction for EAM implementations.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution and support for EAM solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates and manage expectations.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex EAM issues impacting manufacturing operations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to enhance team knowledge and client adoption.
- Participate in presales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with product management to influence roadmap based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines while managing risks and dependencies.
