We are currently looking for a Lead MSBI Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience and a solid background in Microsoft BI technologies. If you’re passionate about data, analytics, and driving BI solutions in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end BI development projects using Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
- Design and implement complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Contribute to data warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling
- Work within OLAP and ETL frameworks to support scalable BI solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a lead role within MSBI development
- Strong hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and complex query development
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data mining techniques
- Familiarity with database management systems and OLAP architecture
- Awareness of AWS platforms is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power BI and Master Data Services
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Insurance domain experience is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
