Job Type: Contract

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days from office)

Discovery and Assessment: Review existing Jira and Confluence usage across the Transformation and Data Programmes; assess current configurations, user base, and pain points; understand the Cyber programme’s requirements.

Strategy and Design: Develop and present the Atlassian Tooling Strategy and Governance Framework for client sign-off; design the Jira and Confluence configuration for the Cyber programme rollout.

Configuration, Training and Enablement: Implement the agreed configuration; deliver training to the Cyber programme team and designated client administrators; deliver the Migration Roadmap and Enterprise Rollout Roadmap.

Handover and Close: Knowledge transfer, documentation handover, and a defined hyper care/support period to ensure client can self-serve following engagement completion.

Experience in creating Atlassian Tooling Strategy and Governance Framework setting out how Jira and Confluence are to be used, configured, and governed across all programs Waterfall and Agile. Configuration of Jira and Confluence to support the initial rollout to the Cyber programme Phase 1 aligned to the agreed strategy. This includes project structure, workflows, boards, permission schemes and Confluence spaces. A structured training and enablement programme covering Jira and Confluence usage for the Cyber program team and administrator level training for designated platform administrators to support future rollout phases. A Migration Roadmap identifying what existing content and data should be migrated from Microsoft SharePoint and Teams into Jira and Confluence with phasing effort estimates and recommendations. Execution of any migration is out of scope. Experience of Enterprise Rollout Roadmap setting out a phased plan for expanding Jira and Confluence usage from the Cyber programme to the remaining programmes IT Infrastructure and all remaining programmes.
