Lead and govern change and release processes for enterprise programmes, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and the successful delivery of critical releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, enforce, and maintain change and release governance processes across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage release planning, stakeholder communication, governance reporting, and approvals.
  • Oversee risk assessments, contingency planning, and escalation for major releases.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, security, and service management standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for governance, steering committees, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing change and release processes in large-scale IT programmes.
  • Ability to manage complex release schedules involving multiple teams and dependencies.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL frameworks, risk assessment, and compliance standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Background supporting major public-sector or digital transformation programmes.
