As we enter our next phase of growth, we are engaging a small number of senior IT leaders to work with us as Non-Executive Partners — a light-touch, commercial advisory role designed for individuals with strong networks and experience at CIO / Programme Director level. The Opportunity This is not a traditional employment role. It is a commercial partnership opportunity for senior leaders who: Have visibility of organisations facing delivery pressure, quality challenges, or transformation risk Are well-connected within enterprise IT environments Want to monetise their experience and network without operational involvement Where introductions lead to engagement, partners share directly in the revenue generated . Commercial Model Typical earnings: £25k–£150k per successful introduction Many client relationships expand over time, creating ongoing revenue opportunities No cap on earning potential Role Characteristics Non-executive, advisory in nature No delivery responsibility No requirement for active selling or lead generation Flexible and complementary to existing roles or portfolio careers Ideal Profile We are looking to engage individuals who: Have held senior roles such as: CIO IT Director Programme Director / Transformation Lead Have experience delivering or overseeing large-scale technology programmes Possess a strong network within enterprise or regulated industries Are commercially minded and understand where delivery risk creates opportunity Value building long-term, recurring income streams
