You will draft, second-check, and execute documentation for loans, claims, equity, bonds and other non-standard assets, liaising with front office, clients, counsel and operations.
You will manage a trade portfolio across lines of business, review LMA documents and deal papers, and prepare weekly reports to monitor open items and risk.
