Contract: Full time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week
The main duties of the role are:
- Performing, interpreting, and reporting on inspections (including Ultrasonic, Radiography, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant) of manufactured or in-service components, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Visiting customer sites to undertake inspection work as required.
- Documenting test results in writing in accordance with the associated procedures.
- Acting as the point of contact for customers with ongoing requirements.
- Maintaining personnel records of NDT work undertaken in order to evidence experience during qualification renewal.
- Acquiring new qualifications as required to fulfil business and customers' needs (training to be provided).
- Visiting customers to support the sales team in technical discussions.
- Performing additional duties as required in accordance with the role specification.

- Qualification / certification in accordance with EN4179 Level 2 (or 3 if available) in some, or all, of the following methods:
- UT - Conventional (Phased Array desirable)
- PT
- ET - Conventional (Array desirable)
- RT - Film
