Il ruolo di Senior Full Stack Developer prevede di entrare a far parte del nostro team Digital, responsabile della progettazione, dello sviluppo e della gestione dei nostri prodotti digitali. Lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con il Chief Product & Technology Officer, i Product Manager, i Designer, i Marketer e gli altri Developer. Il tuo contributo sarà centrale per portare avanti l’evoluzione delle nostre soluzioni digitali e per costruire piattaforme solide e scalabili a supporto della nostra crescita.
In questo ruolo, ti occuperai di:
- Sviluppare la nostra nuova piattaforma education con un approccio architetturale Jamstack e stack NextJS
- Supportare nella gestione dell’attuale simulatore sviluppato in AngularJS e Serverless Framework
- Supportare nella gestione della nostra app mobile sviluppata in React Native
- Refactoring e ottimizzazione della codebase esistente
- Collaborare con le altre figure di prodotto per condividere idee e migliorare la qualitĂ delle soluzioni proposte
Cosa cerchiamo in te:
- Ottima conoscenza di React e NextJS
- Esperienza concreta nello sviluppo di interfacce mobile-first
- Forte senso di responsabilitĂ verso il prodotto e il lavoro in team
- Esperienza, anche minima, nello sviluppo di microservizi con Serverless Framework
- Esperienza pregressa in ambienti agili
- MentalitĂ orientata al problem solving e alla sperimentazione continua
Nice to have:
- Esperienza in altri progetti NextJS
- Conoscenza, anche superficiale, dell’ecosistema AWS
- Ottima conoscenza di Git per il versioning

Flessibilità : offriamo flessibilità organizzativa per permettere al nostro team di bilanciare al meglio vita lavorativa e personale. Sono previste 2-5 giornate di presenza mensili per tutto il team di Testbusters, mentre il resto del tempo potrai lavorare dove preferisci. Il lavoro è organizzato in modo flessibile, rispettando due fasce di reperibilità (10.00 - 12.30 e 14.30 - 17.30) e il diritto alla disconnessione (20.00 - 8.00).
