Overview:
On-Board PMO, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local entity.
You will be responsible for ensuring the production team is actively engaged to meet daily customer demand as well as adhering to the production schedule. You will be responsible for effectively providing training to the team and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.

- Do you have at least 2-5 years Warehouse experience? Yes!
- Do you have a basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles? Yes!
- Do you have previous leadership experience? Yes/No! It's not required but looks good!
What will I do in this Job?
- You will work with your supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand as well as production schedules are met.
- You will ensure that the build quality and product usage is correct to meet productivity and financial metrics.
- You will be responsible for the safety, quality and line efficiency of each production run.
- You will facilitate and coordinate employee training to ensure that procedures are followed and that all quality requirements are met.
- You will use basic problem solving skills to ensure stable operation of the line.
- You will maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions.
What are the Physical Demands?
- While performing the duties of this job, you will be occasionally required to: stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear.
- You will occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Your eyes must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
