We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Engineer (GRC) with strong expertise in ServiceNow (SNOW) development, specifically within the Operational Risk Controls domain. The engineer will provide end‑to‑end support for the client’s trading organization, spanning analysis, requirements gathering, design, configuration, deployment, and operational support of ServiceNow-based solutions. This role requires deep technical competence, strong understanding of modern software delivery principles, and proven experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years designing, building, and supporting complex enterprise software systems.
  • Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow backend development, including:
    • Business rules;
    • Script includes;
    • Client scripts;
    • ACLs.
  • Expert knowledge in ServiceNow Workspace design and configuration.
  • Good understanding of Risk Management module configuration, master data structures, and integration points.
  • Strong process knowledge in:

  • Ability to translate business requirements into high quality technical implementation.
