We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in enterprise technology sales across Telecom, SaaS, and enterprise application environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing large, complex deals and generating significant revenue from new logos within the European market. This role demands a strategic sales leader capable of engaging senior stakeholders, structuring multi-service deals, and driving end-to-end sales lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across the assigned European region through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Structure, negotiate, and close large and complex deals (USD $5M+), including multi-service engagements.
- Generate a minimum of USD $1M+ annually from new logos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders (VP level and above).
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including market analysis, competitor assessment, prospecting, lead qualification, requirement gathering, solution positioning, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Position and sell enterprise solutions related to modern networking, digital transformation, data engineering and migration, enterprise application implementation, and lifecycle support.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, delivery, and partner teams to develop winning solution propositions.
- Leverage understanding of partner ecosystems and SaaS/enterprise application support structures to enhance solution positioning.
- Travel extensively within Europe to engage customers and drive business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong experience selling within Telecom, Technology, Enterprise Applications, or SaaS-based companies.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and close large enterprise deals.
- Proven success in European markets.
- Strong understanding of modern networking, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally between Sales and Engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
