Overview
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will drive digital transformation in public sector and energy & utilities domains. You will design and optimize cross‑system business processes and lead impactful workshops with stakeholders. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping solutions and guiding technical delivery in a fast‑paced contract environment. This role combines hands‑on architecture with thought leadership to deliver innovative, integrated CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end‑to‑end business processes across systems
- Lead and support business process innovation workshops
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business and technical problems
- Act as Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers
- Provide thought leadership in Public Sector/Energy & Utilities industry
- Deliver and support digital transformation initiatives and integrations
- Work with PSS cloud and leverage CRM/Salesforce where applicable
Key requirements
- 12+ years CRM experience
- minimum 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities domain
- must have worked on PSS cloud
- GDS understanding (preferred)
- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus
- ability to design and optimize processes and integrate across systems
