AEP CDP Data Architect

b Overview /b p In this role you will design and govern the AEP data architecture with a strong focus on Real-Time CDP, aligning data blueprints to marketing requirements and cross-functional needs. You will define XDM schemas, datasets, and data flows, and shape ingestion patterns for batch, streaming, and real-time data. You will lead identity resolution and activation strategies, ensuring privacy-by-design. This hands-on architectural leadership role scales personalized experiences through robust governance and collaboration. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Design end-to-end AEP and RT-CDP data architecture /li li Define Adobe XDM schemas, datasets and data flows /li li Design batch, streaming and real-time data ingestion patterns /li li Lead identity resolution, identity namespaces, stitching and merge policies /li li Define customer profile enablement and activation strategies /li li Translate business and marketing requirements into AEP data blueprints /li li Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Marketing and Security/Privacy teams /li li Provide architectural guidance, design reviews and technical decision-making /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect /li li Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) /li li Strong Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) experience /li li Expertise in XDM / Experience Data Model /li li Strong understanding of customer data modelling and event-driven data models /li li Experience with APIs, JSON and data transformation /li li Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP /li li Good understanding of GDPR and Privacy-by-Design /li li Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li client-facing communication /li li collaboration /li li Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) /li li Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) /li li XDM / Experience Data Model /li /ul
