The predicted salary is between 22600 - 25000 £ per year.

£26,574 to £28,155 per annum. 37 hours per week, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities- Carry out grounds maintenance activities, including grass cutting on verges and open spaces, hedge cutting, shrub maintenance, and sports pitch maintenance (both grass and artificial).
- Collaborate with parish councils, schools and other partners to manage their grounds requirements.
- Perform general site maintenance tasks as required, working outdoors in all weathers.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in grounds maintenance.
- Valid driving licence with entitlement to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and tow a trailer over 750 kg.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Experience working outdoors in all weathers and dealing with the public.
- Knowledge of the Test Valley area is an advantage (not essential).
