Overview
Waste Collection Driver/Operative – £25,147 - £26,542 per annum • 37 hours per week • Andover
This position involves driving one of our small, specialist collection vehicles, and you’ll play a key role in providing weekly waste and recycling collections to our ‘hard to reach’ properties located across the borough. There’ll be opportunities to assist with other waste and recycling duties too.
Responsibilities
- Driving one of our small, specialist collection vehicles to provide weekly waste and recycling collections to hard-to-reach properties across the borough.
- Assist with other waste and recycling duties as required.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with the general public.
- LGV Class C1 licence and experience of driving vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.
- Be organised, motivated and enthusiastic; able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team.
