We have an exciting opportunity within our Council Tax team for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and making a positive impact in our community.
Salary: £28,424 - £33,940 per annum (Grade 5 - 6)
As part of our Revenues and Welfare team, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate council tax records and supporting residents with their queries. This role offers the opportunity to either bring your existing knowledge and experience to the team or to develop your skills and knowledge while working towards a recognised professional qualification, with appropriate support and training.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate council tax records and respond to resident queries
- Support delivery of high-quality customer service within the Revenues and Welfare team
- Is committed to providing excellent customer service
- Works well as part of a team to inspire and support others
- Can work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy

- Either has relevant experience in council tax or revenues work or is willing to undertake and work towards a professional qualification
