Location: Chantry Centre, Andover
Contract: Full‑time: Monday - Sunday (37 hrs per week, including evenings and weekends) Part‑time: Saturday and/or Sunday 7 hrs per day (this could be one person working 14 hours per week on Saturday and Sunday, or two people working 7 hours on either a Saturday or a Sunday)
Hours: Between 7:00am - 9:30pm (Mon–Sat) and 8:30am - 5:00pm (Sun & Bank Holidays). Evening shifts finish between 7:30pm - 9:30pm.
Salary: £25,147 - £26,542 per annum (pro rata for part‑time), Grade 3
About the Role: Join our team at the Chantry Centre and help deliver excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in supporting tenants, customers, contractors and our residents. This is an exciting time to be joining the team with the plans for the new theatre, in the heart of the town centre, progressing at pace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the Centre
- Provide exceptional customer service and tenant support
- Complete routine compliance checks
- Move around the Centre, assist customers, and report any issues
About You: We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate with all users of the shopping centre
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a can‑do approach to your work
- A flexible approach to working hours
Working Pattern: We have a variety of shift patterns to cover our centre opening hours; early mornings and/or evenings with weekend work. Additional hours and occasional out‑of‑hours cover may be required.
